Your collection is personal.
This policy describes the intended data handling for the RBDex prototype and planned production service. It will be updated before public account registration begins.
Prototype status
RBDex is in active development. The current iPhone prototype uses sample and locally stored data. There is no public account system or production collection database at this time.
Data RBDex may use
When production features launch, RBDex may process account identifiers, collection records you create, card images you choose to scan, approximate location for nearby discovery, and diagnostics needed to keep the app reliable.
Camera and photos
Camera and photo access is used only when you choose a scanning or import feature. Recognition is designed to identify physical Riftbound products and cards. Uncertain matches wait for your confirmation.
Location
Location is intended for nearby public stores, events, clubs, and broad activity areas. Exact player locations are not displayed or stored as public map pins.
Riot content
Official Riftbound catalog information is planned to be retrieved through a Lanterman Labs server-side service. Riot API credentials will not be stored in the iPhone app.
